The Nest is Nancybird's brand new loyalty program, designed to celebrate our community. As a member, you'll earn points for purchases and other activities, unlocking rewards that reflect our shared love for artful design, natural materials, and the Australian landscape.
Simply create an account with us here. If you already have an account, you're automatically enrolled in The Nest. Just log in to your Account and navigate to your Loyalty page to view your status and start earning and redeeming rewards.
Earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent online or in-store. Points accumulate over time, allowing you to progress through our three tiers—Shell, Ripple, and Spiral—each offering its own set of exclusive benefits.
- Shell: Entry-level tier where your journey begins.
- Ripple: Mid-tier with added perks and surprises.
- Spiral: Top-tier access to our most exclusive rewards.
Your tier is determined by your accumulated points over the past 24 months.
Beyond purchases, you can earn points by:

Visit your loyalty dashboard via your Account page for a full list of point-earning activities.
To get you started, we have applied the last 12 months (dated from 24/7/25 of your purchases in loyalty points. Simply login to your existing account or create an account. Once logged in click through to Loyalty to view your balance and claim coupons.
When shopping ensure you're logged into your Account, Loyalty page to see what rewards / coupon you have to redeem. Your available points will appear, and you can choose how many coupons to apply to your purchase. Please note:
- 200 points = $10 discount You can claim up to 5 coupons at once.
- Points cannot be combined with other discount codes.
- Points are not earned or redeemable on shipping, taxes, or gift card purchases.
Points remain valid for 24 months from your last purchase. We'll notify you 30 days before any points are set to expire.
If you return a purchase, the points earned from that transaction will be deducted from your account. If you've used points to make a purchase and then return the item, those points will be reinstated.
