Shipping
Orders placed during the Holiday / Sale period will be packed and dispatched from 5 January 2026, following our holiday closure from 24 December 2025 – 12 January 2026. Please allow additional time for delivery during this period. For order information, please email online@nancybird.com
We ship Australia wide, NZ and most other international destinations excluding USA.
During regular times, orders received by 12 noon (Melbourne time AEDT) Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. Any orders received after 12 noon AEDT will be shipped the next business day.
During sale or high volume periods (launch days) and pre-order shipping, please allow extra time for delivery (5-10 days on top of normal delivery times).

We offer free Australia Post EParcel shipping throughout Australia for orders over $100
Standard delivery times can range from 2-10 business days within Australia

Express Post is not guaranteed next day delivery if you're within Australia Post's Express Post network - please ensure you check this information via Australia Post
If the delivery address is outside of Express Post network, then your order will be given the fastest possible delivery on a non-guarantee basis

NZ GST is now included in our prices as per updated NZ regulations - this means you will not pay any further customs or duty charges unless the order exceeds $1000 NZD (yay!)

If customs charges are not paid for, and the item is returned to us, we will deduct any extra charges we incur (customs or freight costs) before we refund your purchase to you

We send international deliveries via Australia Post, in some cases FedEx
Your item will need to be signed for and customs charges paid before delivery
We highly recommend using a work/business address as deliveries are always during business hours, and there may be a fee for re-delivery if you are not there to accept the parcel
