We ship Australia wide, NZ and most other international destinations excluding USA.
During regular times, orders received by 12 noon (Melbourne time AEDT) Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. Any orders received after 12 noon AEDT will be shipped the next business day.
During sale or high volume periods (launch days) and pre-order shipping, please allow extra time for delivery (5-10 days on top of normal delivery times).
Select the "Pickup in store" option at Checkout to pick up from our Northcote Warehouse (Door 8) in Melbourne.
Place your order by 12pm to pick up the following day (Monday to Friday collection only). You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.
Click and Collect hours are Mon-Thurs 10am-4pm and Friday 10am-2.30pm (no weekend pick ups)
Pick up begins Wednesday the 10th November with final collections on Monday 22nd December. Please email online@nancybird.com with any questions.

Last orders must be placed by 12pm on 23rd December. We can not guarantee your parcel will arrive before Christmas Day. All order will be sent Free Express Post Upgrade until this date.
