How to submit an online return

Returns and Refunds

  • All items purchased on www.nancybird.com are able to be returned for voucher
  • Full priced items (excluding orders paid via AfterPay) are returnable for refund or voucher
  • Sale/reduced and items paid for via AfterPay are returnable for voucher only. Refunds are not offered for reduced/sale items and orders paid via AfterPay except if the item you have received is faulty
  • All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item in new, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging

  • Head here to arrange Australia Post payment and labels for Australian domestic returns. Please use your international postal service if you are mailing from abroad
  • Your tax invoice/order number and email address are required fields when processing your return
  • Proof of purchase must be supplied for all returns or repairs
  • Returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until your item is delivered to our warehouse
  • We highly recommend registering your return as this provides tracking and signature on delivery
  • If you have a faulty item, please contact us for shipping advice
  • Please notify us immediately if we have sent you the wrong item or your item is defective. Item must be returned to us within 14 days
  • Please note that colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor

Exchanges

If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us so we can get this sorted out for you.

We’re not able to offer an exchange on returned items - you'll be issued a refund or voucher for your returned items*. If you want a different size or colour, or you want a different item, you’ll need to place a new order.
