How to submit an online return

  • All items purchased on www.nancybird.com are able to be returned for exchange or voucher
  • Nancybird offers a refund on full priced items only. Refunds are not offered for reduced/sale items except if the item you have received is faulty
  • Sale items can be returned for an exchange or voucher
  • All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item in new, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging
  • Head here to arrange Australia Post payment and labels for Australian domestic returns. Please use your international postal service if you are mailing from abroad
  • Your 6 digit tax invoice/order number is a required field on the returns page
  • Proof of purchase must be supplied for all exchanges, returns or repairs
  • If you have a faulty item, please contact us for shipping advice
  • Please notify us immediately if we have sent you the wrong item or your item is defective. Item must be returned to us within 14 days
  • Please note that colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor
