Orders & Shipping
During regular times, orders received by 12 noon (Melbourne time AEDT) Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. Any orders received after 12 noon AEDT will be shipped the next business day.You will receive a shipping notification once your order has left our warehouse. The estimated delivery time within Australia is 2-3 working days.
Please contact us at online@nancybird.com with your order details and we will assist you further. During sale or launch days and pre-order shipping items, please allow extra time for delivery (expect 5-10 days on top of normal delivery times)
We offer shipping to most international destinations. Please visit our Shipping Page for more detailed info on international shipping.
You will need to pay tax, customs and duties in your destination country, apart from New Zealand. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser - please contact your local customs office for further information.
For New Zealand, all duties and taxes are included.

We offer free Standard shipping on orders within Australia over $100. Please visit our Shipping Page for more info.
Please contact online@nancybird.com for any changes or to cancel your order as soon as possible. Once dispatched we cannot cancel or make any changes.
We are not able to "backdate" sale prices.
Returns
Please head to our Returns Portal to start your return. We must receive your return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
All items purchased on the Nancybird website are able to be returned for a credit note (excluding sale items that are described as SECONDS or SAMPLES)
Full priced items are returnable for refund, exchange or credit note
Sale/reduced items are returnable for exchange or credit note only unless marked Final Sale - Please visit our Returns page for more.
Once your return has arrived safely back our warehouse please allow for 5 business days for us to process your return.
Yes, sale items are returnable for exchange or credit note only. Please note sales described as Final Sale (SECONDS or SAMPLES) in the description are not able to be returned or exchanged unless deamed faulty. Please submit your return via our Returns Portal within 7 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer an exchange for Nancybird items purchased at one of stockist as they are a separate entity.
Account
We’ve recently updated the way you log into your Nancybird account. As part of a required Shopify upgrade, we’ve moved from the old login system to a new, password-free experience.Instead of entering a password, you’ll now receive a one-time code sent to your email.
Simply enter your email address when prompted, check your inbox for the code, then return to the site to enter it and access your account.

The Nest - Loyalty
Simply create an account top right. If you already have an account, you're automatically enrolled in The Nest. Just log in and navigate to your Loyalty page to view your status, start earning and redeeming rewards.
Any purchase made through Nancybird will also earn points but you must create an account to redeem rewards and receive the full benefits of our program.
Customers can access and create accounts via Account log in (located top right of the web page) or our Nest Loyalty page.
Simply enter your email address when prompted, check your inbox for the code, then return to the site to enter it and access your account.

Earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent online or in-store. Points accumulate over time, allowing you to progress through our three tiers—each offering its own set of exclusive benefits.
When shopping ensure you're logged into your account to earn points and see what rewards/coupons you have to redeem. Your available points will appear on your Loyalty page via your account, where you can choose how many coupons to apply to your purchase.
Please note:
- 200 points = $10 discount etc multiple coupons can be claimed
- Points can be redeemed with rewards
- You can redeem up to 5 coupons at one time
Points will be reinstated when your full order is returned for refund.
If you have accidentally created more than one Nancybird account within the same country, please email online@nancybird.com to resolve this for you.
Stockist / location
We do not have a physical store but you can shop Nancybird in person at our wonderful stockists throughout Australia and New Zealand. Please visit out Stockist Locator to find your local Nancybird store.
Products
We do our best to provide an estimated Shipment time when you place your pre-order. Delays can sometimes occur. If in the case the expected delivery dates are postponed we will be in contact to let you know.
You can find garment measurements on our product listing pages and use our Size Guide based on your body measurements to find your general Nancybird size. Our extended size range now sits from size 6 to 22. For further assistance please contact info@nancybird.com
