Colours

Every effort has been made to represent the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depends on the monitor you are using, Nancybird cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will match the colour exactly.

Warranty

  • All Nancybird items are covered by a 6 month warranty from your date of purchase. We will repair, replace or refund faulty items and require a copy of proof of purchase in order to do so
  • In order for our warranty to be valid items must be cared for as per our Product Care
  • Our warranty applies to products used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, stains, marked or torn leather, or neglect are not covered by our warranty
  • If you purchase directly from us online we can just look up your details in our system. If you purchase via one of our stockists be sure to keep your receipt as proof of purchase
  • All warranty claims require a copy of proof of purchase
  • Nancybird items are not made for "heavy duty" usage. Treat your item as you would a special coat or favourite pair of shoes - with love and care. Head over to our Care pages for further information

Privacy Policy

We agree that the privacy of all personal information is important to individuals. All personal information collected to process and fulfill your order is to be minimal, private, correct, safe and most importantly in the control of the individual. We do not share any credit card information with any third parties, other than for the purpose of processing payments for the product you have ordered. We will only ask for and use relevant personal information necessary to conduct our business. All information collected for Nancybird is for the sole purpose and use of Nancybird.

Returns and Refunds

  • All items purchased on the Nancybird website are able to be returned for a credit note (excluding sales that are described as SECONDS/SAMPLES or FINAL SALE)
  • Full priced items are returnable for refund, exchange or credit note
  • Sale/reduced items are returnable for exchange or credit note only
  • Refunds are not offered for reduced/sale items except if the item you have received is faulty
  • All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item in new, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging
  • Extended Returns: on orders placed between 26th Nov - 21st Dec. Items purchased during this timeframe may be returned up until 31st Jan 2025

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method

  • Head here to arrange Australia Post payment and labels for Australian domestic returns - or you can arrange your own return post. Please use your international postal service if you are mailing from abroad
  • Proof of purchase must be supplied for all returns or repairs
  • Returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until your item is delivered to our warehouse
  • We highly recommend registering your return as this provides tracking and signature on delivery
  • If you have a faulty item, please contact us for shipping advice
  • Please notify us immediately if we have sent you the wrong item or your item is defective. Item must be returned to us within 14 days

Exchanges

To exchange your online order, you can specify the details of the replacement item you would like via our Returns Portal. If in stock, this replacement item will be reserved for 7 days. If replacement item not in stock we will contact you.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the original item back to us.

If you are using Afterpay for the first time, you can simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. Once the order is approved by Afterpay, you will be able to make more purchases using Afterpay by simply entering your Afterpay log in details and CVC upon checkout.

Once your have completed your first full payment cycle with Afterpay, the initial payment for any future purchases you pay for using Afterpay will be debited 14 days after the transaction.

    • Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time, and payments can be fully refunded.
