Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
Everyone is welcome in The Nest.
If you’ve made a purchase at nancybird.com, in the last 12 months (since 17/07/25) you’re already a member. Simply log in or create an account using your purchase email to access your points and rewards. You must be logged in to earn and claim rewards.
When you join The Nest, you agree to receive occasional updates about your points, rewards, and member-only benefits. We promise to keep things thoughtful and relevant, no clutter, just meaningful updates from our world to yours.
Nancybird reserves the right to update or pause The Nest program and its terms at any time.
Earning Points
You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 AUD you spend at Nancybird, both online and in-store (excluding shipping, taxes, and gift cards).
You can also earn points through selected actions on our Nest Rewards page, like:
- Leaving a product review
- Returning a pre-loved piece through Reloved
- Celebrating your birthday with us
Points are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not earned on shipping or gift card purchases.
Redeeming Points
When logged in, your available points will be visible in your account. Before heading to checkout, view your points and claim available coupons.
Every 200 points = $10 off
Please note:
- You can redeem up to 5 coupons at once.
- Points can’t be used on gift cards, shipping, or combined with other discounts or promotional codes.
- Rewards may be unavailable during peak sale periods (like Black Friday).
- All points and rewards are in AUD.
Points Expiry
To help you get the most from your rewards, here’s when your points will expire:
- Points earned from purchases: expire after 24 months of account inactivity
- Points earned from actions or bonuses: expire 12 months from date of issue
- Birthday rewards: valid for 1 month from the date received
We’ll email you a reminder before your points expire so you can use them in time.
Tier Status + Expiry
The Nest includes three tiers: Shell, Ripple, and Spiral — each offering thoughtful rewards as you deepen your journey with us. Your tier is based on your eligible spend over a 24-month period. To stay in your tier, you’ll need to meet that spend threshold again within 12 months of moving up. If not, you’ll simply move down one tier — and can always move up again.
Bonus Point Promotions
From time to time, we may offer bonus points on select items or during special events. These promotions are limited-time offers and subject to the specific terms shared at the time. Bonus offers may not be combined with other discounts or promotions.
General Conditions
- Points can’t be exchanged for cash.
- Points are non-transferable between accounts.
- The Nest is for personal use only. We reserve the right to review or pause accounts where misuse or unusual activity is detected.
