Translating the beauty of Zoe Grey’s Tasmanian landscapes into wearable art, the Wendy Crossbody is a perfect size for travelling light.

We’ve collaborated with artist Zoe Grey in this capsule collection.

Zoe lives and works in lutruwita/Tasmania, painting the raw and rugged far North West of the island – symbols and shapes giving an impression of the landscape. We love her rich palette of rich rusty browns, deep greens, sky blue and dusty pink.

A small bag with hidden top zip. Front side is a digitally printed waxed canvas
featuring a Zoe Grey print, back side is vegetable-tanned leather, with a long strap to fit crossbody and antique nickel hardware.

Digitally printed waxed canvas front, vegetable tanned cow leather back, antique nickel hardware, 100% printed cotton lining.

Strap: 2.5cm x 115cm (adjustable)

Leather is a natural product and will wear beautifully with age where good care has been taken. We recommend waterproof spray on purchase, and occasional cleaning and conditioning. Any suede areas should be protected with a spray, and cleaned with a suede brush.
Waxed canvas can be sprayed with fabric or leather protector and spot cleaned when needed.

Meet the Makers - Leathergoods

These producers are based in Noida, near to Delhi in India.
They began as a leather tannery in 1954, and are still a family run business.
We only use vegetable tanned leathers, which removes the need for chrome in tanning hides. Natural tannins (sourced from tree bark) are instead used in the tanning process.
We visit these makers annually, and all footage and photography is from our visits there.
