Are you our new Team Member? 

We're looking for a superstar Online Fulfillment / Customer Service to join our small, friendly team in Northcote.

Applicants should have suitable experience in a similar role and a love of textiles and design is a bonus!

Tasks will include:

  • Processing Shopify orders
  • Using our Shipping and inventory programs to fulfil orders
  • Picking, QC and packing orders
  • Communication with customers via phone and email
  • Processing returns
  • General inventory maintenance including stock counts, going up and down a ladder and moving boxes in a small warehouse environment

Need to be available to work Monday to Wednesday.

Hours have some flexibility – approximately 24 hours per week which can be worked across 3 or 4 days (not weekends), with more hours possible during busy times.

This is a permanent part-time role.
