Change of Mind Returns
Nancybird offer a Change of Mind refund on full priced items only. For a change of mind item, notification must be given to us within 7 days from receiving the item, and must be returned within 14 days.
To return a change of mind item, please contact us. We can then advise you how to return your item to us. We must receive prior email notification before the return can be accepted.
Please note that our cut fabric lengths, Sale or discounted items cannot be returned as part of our Change of Mind policy.
Items must be returned in new condition as originally received. Returns must be sent in appropriate manner to prevent damage in transit. We highly recommend sending via registered post.
Upon receiving the return we will refund your purchase within 2 days to the method of payment. For some change of mind returns, the cost of delivery will be deducted from the refund.

Sent via eparcel within Australia:
$0-100 purchase: $7.50
$100-200 purchase: $10
$201-450 purchase: $18
$451+ purchase: $25
For international purchases, this will be on a case by case basis – we will inform you of the actual cost of return, and arrange for this to be picked up by Fed Ex.
Nancybird offer Exchanges on full priced items only. An exchange can be arranged for an item of equal or lesser value depending on availability.
Prior email notification must be received within 7 days of receiving the item, and returned within 14 days.
Postage costs incurred in the exchange will need to be covered by the purchaser – we will require credit card detail if the exchange+postage is of higher value than the original item. We will refund the difference if the item+postage is of lesser value than original item.
Please notify us immediately if we have sent you the wrong item or your item is defective. Item must be returned to us within 14 days.
Please note faults do not not include differences in fabric print or colour and leather colour variation. We do endeavour to represent the products as best we can, but as these are hand printed and hand made, there will be some variation in each item.
Prior notification must be given before returning to us, please contact us. We will advise on how to send the item back to us so that freight is covered by nancybird.
Nancybird will process a full refund to the method of payment if your item is defective within 2 days of return.
Strictly no refunds are issued for Sale Items, except in the case of faulty goods. Exchanges will incur an additional $30 charge. All postage costs are to be paid by the purchaser. If we have placed an item on sale, and you have purchased that item through our online store in the past 7 days, we can extend this sale price to you. Please contact us to arrange for this refund. Only available through our webstore. Sale price cannot be extended before this 7 day period, or at any stage afterwards.
Custom Made Goods
Custom made items cannot be returned for exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.

Your nancybird item is covered by a 6 month warranty. This means that we will repair, replace or refund an item which is faulty for a 6 month period from date of purchase.
This warranty is not covered by items which have not been cared for as recommended in our Product Care.
Damage incurred by the purchaser in failing to maintain and care for the product properly will not be covered by our warranty.
It does not cover reasonable wear and tear, stains, marked or torn leather, or soiled items.
Nancybird items are not made for “heavy duty” usage, due to their soft leathers and fabrics used. They can certainly be used every day, but they must be treated as you would a special coat or favourite pair of shoes- with love and care.
