Shipping

Orders are shipped from our warehouse Monday to Thursday. Orders received by 12 noon (Melbourne time AEDT) Monday to Thursday will be shipped on the same day. Any orders received after 12 noon AEDT will be shipped the next business day (except Fridays). During sale periods, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

 

EParcel - Australia and New Zealand

  • All national orders are shipped by Australia Post EParcel
  • We offer free Australia Post EParcel shipping throughout Australia and New Zealand for orders over $100 (except Gift Certificates)
  • Standard delivery times can range from 3-10 business days within Australia and New Zealand
  • Sale and start of season periods, please allow an additional 5 business days for delivery
  • Notification via email will be sent on completion of your order along with a tracking number
  • Track your order through Australia Post Track Your Item
  • All national EParcel orders require signature on receipt of delivery – we recommend delivery to a business address
  • In the case of incorrect supply of address details, there may be re-delivery fee applied in some cases

Costs for EParcel within Australia and New Zealand:

  • $0-100 purchase: $10
  • $100+ purchase: free

 

Express Post - Australia Only

  • We also offer Express Post delivery (Australia only)
  • All national Express Post orders require signature on receipt of delivery – we recommend delivery to a business address
  • Express Post is a guaranteed next day delivery if you're within Australia Post's Express Post network - please ensure you check this information via Australia Post
  • If the delivery address is outside of Express Post network then your order will be given the fastest possible delivery on a non-guarantee basis

Costs for Express Post within Australia:

  • $0-200 purchase: $15
  • $201+ purchase: $28

 

Other International

  • We offer shipping to most international destinations
  • The item price and delivery charges are all in Australian dollars and are GST free
  • The GST component will be removed at checkout
  • The $30 shipping fee is for postage only and does not cover any customs or duty charges relevant to your destination country
  • You may need to pay customs and duties in your destination country. These charges are the responsiblity of the purchaser - please contact your local customs office for further information
  • If customs charges are not paid for, and the item is returned to us, we will deduct any extra charges we incur (customs or freight costs) before we refund your purchase to you
  • Delivery times may vary, but are generally between 3 - 10 business days depending on distance from Australia
  • You will receive notification when your item has been shipped, along with your tracking reference
  • We send international deliveries via Australia Post, in some cases FedEx
  • Your item will need to be signed for and customs charges paid before delivery
  • We highly recommend using a work/business address as deliveries are always during business hours, and there may be a fee for re-delivery if you are not there to accept the parcel

  • Flat rate of $30

 

Returns

  • All items purchased on www.nancybird.com are able to be returned for exchange or credit voucher (valid for 6 months)
  • Nancybird offers a refund on full priced items ONLY. Refunds are not offered for reduced/sale items except if the item you have received is faulty
  • Sale items can be returned for an exchange or credit note
  • All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item in new, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging
  • To return an item, please fill in this form and include with your item being sent back to us. Returns will not be accepted without this form
  • The link provided below is for domestic returns. Please use your international postal service if you are mailing from abroad:

    Your 6 digit tax invoice/order number is a required field on the returns page
  • Proof of purchase must be supplied for all exchanges, returns or repairs
  • If your exchange amount is greater than amount already paid, we will email thorugh a link to process the additional payment once your return arrives at our warehouse
  • If you have a faulty item, please contact us for shipping advice
  • Please notify us immediately if we have sent you the wrong item or your item is defective. Item must be returned to us within 14 days
  • Please note that colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor

Terms and Conditions

Warranty

  • All Nancybird items are covered by a 6 month warranty from your date of purchase. We will repair, replace or refund faulty items and require a copy of proof of purchase in order to do so
  • In order for our warranty to be valid items must be cared for as per our Product Care
  • We require a copy of proof of purchase
  • Reasonable wear and tear, stains, marked or torn leather, loss and soiled items will not be covered by our warranty
  • Nancybird items are not made for "heavy duty" usage. Treat you item as you would a special coat or favourite pair of shoes - with love and care

Privacy Policy

We agree that the privacy of all personal information is important to individuals. All personal information collected to process and fulfill your order is to be minimal, private, correct, safe and most importantly in the control of the individual. We do not share any credit card information with any third parties, other than for the purpose of processing payments for the product you have ordered. We will only ask for and use relevant personal information necessary to conduct our business. All information collected for Nancybird is for the sole purpose and use of Nancybird.
