We offer free shipping throughout Australia for orders over $100.
We will pack and send the same day if order is received before 12 pm (Melbourne time), after 12 pm your order may be sent the following business day.
Delivery times can range from 1-7 business days within Australia, depending on distance from Melbourne.
You will receive email notification on completion of your order, as well as when your item has been shipped, with your tracking number so that you can check on the progress of your delivery.
Shipping is via Australia Post eparcel, and is a trackable service. Australia Post require a signature on receipt of the delivery. We highly recommend a work/business address, as they always delivery during business hours.
Please make sure you give us the full and complete address (including business name), as there may be a re-delivery fee required in some cases.

$0-100 purchase: $7.50
$100+ purchase: free
Express Post
We also offer Express Post delivery (Australia only). This item needs to be signed for and is trackable. This is a guaranteed next day delivery if you’re within Australia Post’s Express Post network. If the delivery address is outside of Express Post network then your order will be given the fastest possible delivery on a non-guarantee basis.

$0-200 purchase: $15
$201+ purchase: $28
International
We offer shipping to most international destinations. The item price and delivery charges are all in Australian dollars and are GST free (which makes your item almost 10% cheaper). The GST component will be removed at checkout.
You may need to pay customs and duties in your destination country – please contact your local customs office for futher information.
Delivery times may vary, but is generally between 3 – 7 business days depending on distance from Australia. We will pack your order the same day if it is received before 12 pm Melbourne time, the next day if it is received after 12 pm.
You will receive notification when your item has been shipped, along with your tracking reference. We send all international deliveries with FedEx, so your item is fully trackable from the moment it leaves our premises.
Your item will need to be signed for and customs charges paid before delivery. We highly recommend using a work/business address as deliveries are always during business hours, and there may be a fee for re-delivery if you are not there to accept the parcel.

We offer a complimentary gift wrapping service . Multiple items will be wrapped together unless individual wrapping is requested via email – info@nancybird.com.
You can also purchase a super special gift wrap, where we include some extra special touches to the wrapping. Trust us, it’s super cute!
